So, let me get this straight:
Obama gave up the “Five of the Most Dangerous Islamic Taliban Commanders” detained in U.S. Custody at Guantanamo for what?
For an AWOL/deserting US soldier that hated the Army, had sympathies for the enemy, and hated the United States.
No, Obama did not sacrifice our captives for the principle of “leave no man behind” as his transparent excuse proclaimed. When we don’t leave our men behind, we FIGHT to get them out – we don’t CAVE to get them out. What happened to our commitment to never negotiate with terrorists? He once again took a presidential action to strengthen HIS friends on the other side at the expense of making the US more vulnerable.
That is a traitor-worthy action if there ever was one.Some sentiments from Bergdahl, the rescued AWOL enemy sympathizer:

Are these the sentiments of a “typical” returned POW? Hardly! The POWs I am familiar with kissed the US soil they returned to. Some soldiers are not “return-worthy.” This one certainly was not – at least not in this fashion. He was traded for the most devout killers the enemy has.
This will be a huge damper on our troop morale. Many are angry over this insane trade.

His parents? Calvinists? It’s rather unique that this “Calvinist” speaks Arabic and praises Allah. They were on TV tonight extolling the virtues of kindness to Afghans, not regret at the mayhem their ill-raised, traitorous brat has caused.
Six of this young man’s fellow soldiers were killed trying to locate his deserting ass. This traitor’s parents were on TV this evening asking us to withhold judgment of their son. The only judgment that should be withheld is whether his court marshal should result in 20 years in prison or death.
This is a slap in America’s face on so many levels.
