I was listening to the "high priest of the church of the painful truth",aka Neal Boortz, and a caller brought up that aspect of it and the 2 of them spent several minutes discussing it. <br />Yes we have the 1st Amendment but it does not say anything about freedom to create a different type of government or a religious based theory of laws. In fact, religious based laws appear to be illegal in this country. Witness the explusion of the 10 Commandments from many courthouses accross the country. I appreciate your comments and they have further enlightened me.
